Aisshpra is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Exchanges: Exchanges can be made in-store or online.
- Price Differences: If the exchange item has a different price, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost.
- Customizations: Customized items are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation By Aisshpra -
Provided if, the following situations arise, Aisshpra retains the right to cancel the customer's order-
- When a product is out of stock.
- Availability of invalid or incomplete customer address.
- Non-serviceability at the customer address by our delivery partners.
- When customers don't attend /respond to the call several times for confirmation of the order.
- Customer refuses to pay for an order.
- Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
- Any other reason, as such, is provided therein.
Order Cancellation By Customer -
- Customers can cancel any order made with us at any point before the product is shipped.
- It is to be noted that the cancellation request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- No cancellation charge will be taken from the customer.
- For cancellation of an order, the customer must provide the correct details of the order with order no., order date, order amount & the customer account associated with the order.
- Aisshpra will not be liable if the information provided by the customer is not correct for the cancellation of an order.
Order Cancellation Process-
To cancel an order with Aisshpra, the user can follow any of the steps mentioned below-
- If you have an account with Aisshpra, log in and find your order history or order status. Look for an option to cancel the order. Click on the Tab and you can easily cancel the order.
- The user can also cancel the order before dispatch by contacting Aisshpra Customer Support. To contact Aisshpra, click here.
Note- For online Payment Orders, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 21 days provided that the order has not been shipped. All the payments are subject to bank charges provided if such an order is not shipped, they can be refunded only after deducting bank charges.
Aisshpra retains the right to change its website Cancellation Policy from time to time by updating or revising the policy in the Cancellation Policy section of our website. It is the responsibility of each customer to review or update themselves with the frequent changes in the website and Cancellation Policy periodically to know about any revision to this policy.
