Order Cancellation By Aisshpra -

Aisshpra reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

When a product is out of stock
Invalid or incomplete customer address
Non-serviceability at the customer address by our delivery partners
When customers don't attend /respond to the call several times for confirmation of the order
Customer refuses to pay for an order
Misuse of another customer's phone/email
Any other reason, as outlined above, is also applicable

Order Cancellation By Customer -

Customers can cancel any order made with us at any point before the product is shipped.
It is to be noted that the cancellation request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellation charge will be taken from the customer.
For cancellation of an order, the customer must provide the correct details of the order with order number, order date, order amount, and the customer account associated with the order.
Aisshpra will not be liable if the information provided by the customer for the cancellation of an order is incorrect.

To cancel an order with Aisshpra, the user can follow any of the steps mentioned below-

If you have an account with Aisshpra, log in and find your order history or order status. Look for an option to cancel the order. Click on the tab and you can easily cancel the order.
The user can also cancel the order before dispatch by contacting Aisshpra Customer Support. To contact Aisshpra, click here.

Note- For online payment orders, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 21 days, provided that the order has not been shipped. All payments are subject to bank charges, and in such cases, the refund will be processed only after deducting the applicable charges.

Aisshpra retains the right to change its website Cancellation Policy from time to time by updating or revising the policy in the Cancellation Policy section of our website. It is the responsibility of each customer to review or update themselves with the frequent changes in the website and Cancellation Policy periodically to know about any revision to this policy.
