Shipping Policy
Aisshpra dedicates its best efforts to making the shipping process quicker, safer, and more efficient for its precious customers. The happy news is that Aisshpra delivers Pan-India. Shipping time is 3 - 5 business days for "Available in Stock" products for all cities in India, and for pin codes away from cities, the delivery may take up to 7 business days, but we put our best efforts to complete the delivery within 5 business days, and 10 - 15 business days for "Custom Design" or "Gift products" to be delivered, anywhere across India.
Aisshpra promises to all its customers that their valuable jewellery, purchased from aisshpra.com will reach to their doorstep in a sound condition, with an aesthetically appealing & secured packaging. Aisshpra ships only through reputed logistics partners such as, Sequel Logistics. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or the packaging has been tampered with or is damaged, please do not accept it. You can get in touch with our Customer Support Team, mentioning your order reference number and the problem faced. Aisshpra shall put in its best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to the customer at the earliest.
All our shipments are fully insured and require a signature confirmation from the recipient. Your order will only be shipped once the issuing bank approves your payment. Sequel Logistics is our trusted courier partner, widely known for its efficient courier delivery services.
After your order is shipped, you will obtain an order tracking number via email. You can track your shipment online on the website order tracking option or you can also track by visiting the logistic partner website in which the shipment has been done.
Customer Note-
The customers must closely inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. A clear jewellery unboxing video must be made for security purposes, to use it for reference provided any concern arises related to the shipment. Aisshpra does not hold responsibility for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or anywhere outside the delivery address, mentioned while placing the order.

Delivery to Identified Person
The customer needs to enter the correct details of the Consignee / Recipient Name (as mentioned in their photo identification issued by the Government of India). Other details regarding the complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number must also be mentioned clearly for hassle-free delivery.
As the product reaches the stated location address as provided by the customers, at the time of delivery, the recipient must provide any of the below-mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:
Aadhaar Card
Passport
PAN Card
Drivers License
Voters ID
To ensure that the product is received by the right person, the courier agent makes it a point to deliver the product only after checking the identity proof of the recipient. The courier agent may also note down the details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the recipient is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing them with the original copies of identity proof for identification and product delivery.
Delivery Location:
Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location. Aisshpra strictly prohibits the delivery of orders at public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostel, on streets, etc.
In case, the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, our Courier Partner, will try to make 3 attempts to reach out to the customers and deliver their product. In case you are still not reachable/available, the product will be returned to the Aisshpra facility.
Change in Shipping Address:
If a customer wishes to change their shipping address, they can send an email to customercare@aisshpra.com. The customers can change the shipping address only before the product is dispatched.
Free Gift Packaging:
In case, the customer plans to purchase a gift for their loved ones, Aisshpra, provides a complimentary gift packing along with a personalized gift message. The gift will be beautifully packed in a special gift case, designed specifically by Aisshpra, for the purpose of Gift Packaging. Whether the customer prefers to personally tender the gift to their dear ones or chooses Aisshpra’s courier partners, to get it delivered, we assure to provide the recipient with a memorable experience.
To add to the glory of gift, Aisshpra also provides its customers, the option to include a special personal gift message with your purchase, simply locate the Gift message text box on the shopping bag/cart page. The custom message will be printed on a unique card and be delivered to the right location and right person along with your precious box of gift.
