Exchange Policy

We understand that online shopping has the limitation of the choice of touch and feel associated with a product. At Aisshpra, we strive to serve the customers with an absolute commitment to trust, integrity, and ethics. Our easy returns policy is devised to ensure absolute customer satisfaction and win their confidence in the brand and its service.  If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their jewellery purchase, Aisshpra provides them the option, to easily return it either for a refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition.

Exchange Policy

Easy Return Policy: In-Store-

Follow our six-step in-store easy return policy:

  • Refund or exchange within 15 days from purchase, with the original receipt, is permitted for products purchased from any one or more of the Aisshpra stores located within India.
  • The customer can visit the Aisshpra showroom directly with the product, also carrying the original receipt provided to them at the time of sale.
  • Upon reaching the showroom, the customer can take their grievance to the reception, where it will be addressed, and the appropriate exchange or refund method will be referred to the customer.
  • A customer wishing to exchange the product must mandatorily present the jewellery unboxing video to the reception, made by the customer at the time of product delivery. The video may serve as authentic evidence of the correct jewellery delivered.
  • Once the inspection of the original product is done by our Quality Check Team and they approve the unboxing video made by the customer, the process will continue.
  • The product will be exchanged or a refund will be made immediately, depending on the choice of the customer.

NOTE- Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment.

 

Easy Return Policy: Online-

Please follow the steps below for online returns-

  • Exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase, with the original receipt, is permitted for products purchased from the website aisshpra.com.
  • A product purchased online can also be exchanged by visiting the nearby Aisshpra Store within 15 days of the purchase.

How to Initiate the return process for online orders?

To return an item purchased online, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Send an email on – customercare@aisshpra.com, mentioning the following: your name, telephone number, invoice number, the reason for exchanging the delivered item, and also attach the jewellery unboxing video, made by the customer at the time of product delivery.
  • A Return Confirmation email will be sent to the customer, including the return shipping label.
  • Upon receipt of your return request, our Quality Check team shall run a verification of your return request. Only post approval will we initiate the collection process.
  • The product returned will undergo another round of screening by the quality check team before initiating the exchange.
  • We shall dispatch the correct/ desired product to your given address once, we receive the returned product.

NOTE- Please send the orders in the original package, if possible. Please include any additional documents like certificates and warranty cards. In the case of online exchange, a nominal product exchange cost will be charged to the customers.

 

All the return orders must essentially stand the parameters, mentioned below:

  • The jewellery must be unworn and unused.
  • The product must not have any signs of discolouration or damage.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with the invoice and tags unplucked.
  • The customer must repack the product in its original packaging (box and pouches) as received.

Refunds or Exchanges shall not be processed in the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address placed by you.
  • Signs of use or damages to the product returned.
  • If the recipient refuses to accept or rejects the order.
  • Failed delivery attempts by our courier agent (not more than 3 times)
  • Clearance items are non-refundable.
  • All special and/or customised orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
