Aisshpra Dream Gold Jewellery Purchase Plan (Terms and Conditions)-
This Scheme shall be known as "Aisshpra Dream Gold Jewellery Purchase Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "the DGP")
For the purpose of the Terms and Conditions of this Scheme, M/s. Hari Prasad Gopi Krishna Saraf Private Limited will be referred to as "the First Party" and the Customer shall be known as "the Account Holder".
- Account Opening & Enrolment
- Only adult individuals can enrol into the DGP. Minors are prohibited from this Scheme.
- The Account Holder should ensure that all Original Receipts / Payment Vouchers are stored safely with him/her at all times. The Account Holder should verify that the payments made by him/her are correctly printed and any discrepancy should be immediately brought to the Store Manager's notice, for suitable rectification.
- In case of any change in contact and/or address details and/or bank details and/or any other details submitted by the Account Holder at the time of enrolment to the DGP, the Account Holder is required to intimate such change to the First Party within 7 (seven) days of such change along with the necessary documentary evidence of such change as may be required by the First Party. This information must also be provided on the Toll- Free Number 1800 120 1299 or Customer Care Number- 8112611611.
- The maturity date shall be calculated according to the date of the first payment by the Account Holder.
- The minimum instalment amount shall be INR 3000/- or more in multiples of INR 1000/-
- Monthly Payments
- The Account Holder should ask for a computerized Receipt / Payment Voucher, duly signed by the Store Manager / Cashier, from the Store where he/she is making the payment. Receipt for payment made by Automated Clearing House ("ACH") / Cheque will be given only after clearance of payment.
- Payment of monthly instalment(s) should be made by the Account Holder on or before the due date in the Store where the account is opened. Non- MICR CHEQUES/INSTRUMENTS will not be accepted.
- The Account Holder shall be provided with a grace period of 7 (seven) days in a month for payment of the instalment due. However, it must be clearly understood that in any case due date for the subsequent instalment will be calculated from the initial due date and not the date on which an instalment is actually paid. In the event the Account Holder fails to pay the instalment within the grace period, late payment penalty of Rs.11/- per Rs.10,000/- of instalment for each day of delay calculated from the due date till the date of actual payment shall be reduced from accumulated deposited amount.
- It shall be the responsibility of the Account Holder to pay the instalments as and when they fall due. Aisshpra Store or the First Party shall not be responsible or liable to send reminders for payments and to collect the same from the Account Holder.
- No extra discounts shall be offered for prepayment of any instalment and redemption can be done only at the end of the commitment period.
- The Plan will be suspended if the Account Holder fails to pay 3 consecutive instalments and no further instalments can be made against this suspended plan. The account holder can however redeem the accumulated amount against purchases and avail the discount benefits as mentioned in section 3.
- Redemption
In this Plan, the Account Holder becomes eligible to purchase gold equivalent to the accumulated advance amount at the then prevailing gold rate without paying any making charges upto 19% provided that he/she opts to redeem after completion of 330 days. Usual making charges will be applicable for any purchases in excess of the accumulated amount.
For example,
If the Account Holder pays INR10,000/- per month for 10 months and redeems after 330 days of enrolment and on the date of redemption 22k gold rate is INR 7,500/- per gram, then at this rate he/she can purchase 13.330 grams of 22k gold jewellery (INR 100,000/- divided by INR 7,500/- equals 13.330 grams) without paying any making charges of upto 19%.
The excess weight beyond 13.330 grams will carry usual making charges calculated at the then prevailing gold rate.
- The benefits applicable at the time of redemption are as hereunder:

- At the time of purchase of jewellery/redemption, the Account Holder has to personally come with all the original DGP Receipts and such ID proof as may be required by the First Party and execute the Account Closure Form, to affect the redemption of the instalments paid in the DGP.
- DGP can be redeemed against purchase of jewellery and coins. All jewellery purchased under the DGP will be subject to the then prevailing gold rates, diamond rates, stone charges, labour charges, making charges, wastage charges and material charges. All statutory taxes/levies shall be as applicable at time of purchase.
- The DGP account has to be closed at the end of the tenure or premature closure by purchase of jewellery or coins of a value equal to or higher than the total instalments paid. No payment will be refunded and the account can be closed against purchases only. Partial purchase of jewellery and partial refund will not be permitted.
- The Account Holder is mandatorily required to redeem his/her account before 361 days from the date of enrolment to the DGP. In case the Account Holder does not close his/her DGP account within this period, the total amount deposited by him/her against the DGP will be refunded directly to his/her bank account without the benefit of any discount available as specified hereinabove.
- It is further clarified that the tenure of the DGP Account can under no circumstances be extended beyond 360 days from the date of commencement of the Account. In the event an Account Holder fails to pay any instalment(s) either through electronic mode or physically through cheque/draft, on account of any force majeure event, the discount scheme as provided in the table hereinabove shall be applicable on redemption.
- Other Terms and Conditions
- The DGP is purely a Loyalty-cum-discount scheme and cannot be construed as any Savings/Deposit or any other scheme whatsoever.
- In case of loss of original DGP payment Receipts by the Account Holder, he/she shall be personally responsible for any loss resulting therefrom including but not limited to redemption / purchase by any other person.
- The DGP is non-transferable.
- The Account Holder cannot combine multiple saving schemes against single purchase.
- The maximum amount of cash deposits that a Account Holder can make shall be subject to the applicable income tax provisions/any other applicable laws, rules and regulations from time to time.
- In the event of death of the Account Holder, the amount due against the DGP will be transferred to the nominee(s) of the Account Holder. In case the Account Holder does not nominate any person, any claim(s) made by any other person(s) on behalf of the Account Holder will not be entertained unless such person being a legal heir/duly authorised person claiming the benefits in the DGP on behalf of the deceased Account Holder shall produce the following documents to the First Party:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained hereinbefore, the decision of the First Party shall be final on the sufficiency of any document in all such cases above and the same shall be binding upon the claimants.
- The First Party reserves the right to alter, amend, add and/or delete part or whole of this DGP without prior intimation to the Account Holder, as long as the same is not prejudicial to the interests of the Account Holder. The First Party shall, however, not be responsible for any changes necessitated by any regulatory requirement.
- The First Party also reserves the right to suspend the DGP at any time. In such an eventuality, the Account Holder shall purchase jewellery at the Aisshpra Store / aisshpra.com equal to the value of the instalments accumulated in his/her DGP account along with applicable discount on making as on that day.
- The First Party shall not be responsible and/or liable for any cyber-crime and/or cyber fraud committed against the Account Holder arising out of use of the First Party's website and/or transactions using First Party's website and generally for any transactions/communication done with the First Party through the use of any electronic mode/medium.
- It shall be the responsibility of the Account Holder to make payment to the First Party's bank account or via First Party's application/website or at the showroom and obtain a Receipt for the same. In case he/she has not received the Receipt then he/she must immediately inform the Store Manager or on the toll-free number / customer care number provided. The First Party takes no responsibility for any payment made by the Account Holder to any other account of employee or associates of the First Party.
- The discount available under this Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/offer/gift voucher prevailing at the time of redemption. DGP cannot be redeemed against purchase of pre-ordered or pre-selected jewellery.
- The liability of the First Party under the DGP is limited to the extent of the instalments paid by the Account Holder and the accumulated discount, if any, as per DGP conditions contained herein.
- All disputes arising out this Scheme will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Gorakhpur alone.
- The Account Holder's enrolment under the DGP represents his/her express acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Scheme of his/her own volition without any external influence/coercion, express or implied.
- Any liability/tax liability arising on the Account Holder as a result of his/her enrolment under the DGP shall be the sole liability/responsibility of the Account Holder and the First Party stands indemnified by the Account Holder in this regard.
