Sales Policy
1. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage to jewellery, gemstones, or other products once sold.
2. In case any alteration is made in the jewellery or wax is filled in the Bangle/Kangan or part of the jewellery is purchased instead of the whole, then its exchange will be as per Section B (4).
3. Please ensure the weight of jewellery and check for damages before delivery. No claim of weight difference will be entertained after delivery of the ornament.
4. The Hallmarking Charges in above bill are @45/- per piece and is included in the VA. The customer can get the purity of the Hallmark jewellery/artefacts verified from any of the recognized assaying and hallmarking center. The list of recognized A & H Center along with address and contact details is available on the website: www.bis.gov.in.
5. No Hallmarking done for Sale of Kundan/Polki/Jadaau Jewelery in terms Sr. No. (k) of sub clause (3) of Clause 2 of Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery & Gold Artefacts (Second amendment) Order 2021 dated 23.06.2021.
6. No Hallmarking done for sale of gold bullion in any shape of bar, plate, sheet, foil, rod, wire, strip, tube or coin in terms of Sr. No. (g) of sub clause (3) of Clause 2 of Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery & Gold Artefacts Order 2020 dated 15.01.2020.
7. No Hallmarking done for Sale of Jewellery/Artefacts below 2 Grams in terms of Sr. No. (b) of sub clause (3) of Clause 2 of Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery & Gold Artefacts Order 2020 dated 15.01.2020.
Aisshpra Exchange Program
1. This exchange program is available only at the same branch/showroom from where the jewellery was purchased.
2. This policy is valid only on products purchased from Aisshpra. Original Invoice and certificate are required for exchange.
3. Unused and undamaged jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days from the invoice date, and a new piece of the same value will be provided at the gold rate prevailing on the invoice date.
4. Exchange of jewellery will be done as follow:
  - Return of gold jewellery will be as per karat and platinum will be 100% of current market price after deducting gemstones, enamel and dirt etc.
  - E&OE The weight of the stone, meena etc, shown in the bill is indicative only and may differ from the actual weight, however in case of buyback/exchange, the weight of the stone, meena etc. mentioned in the bill will be considered correct.
  - If the gross weight mentioned in the invoice is different from the current weight of the jewellery then the jewellery will be melted and taken as per its purity.
  - In case of non-submission of bill, exchange will be done only after removing all the gemstones/stones, enamel, dirt etc.
  - Diamonds will be exchanged at 100% of the current market price.
  - Polki stones will be exchanged at 90% of the invoice value.
  - On the exchange of Emerald, Yellow Sapphire & Blue Sapphire, a 10% deduction will be made from the invoice price. Other astrological stones will not be returned. Astrological stones will not be returned if damaged.
  - Return of the zodiac gems purchased within ten days will be done on the deposit amount mentioned on the receipt/bill. The gemstone should not be set in jewellery.
  - Semi-precious strings, semi-precious stones, and semi-precious astrological stones will not be returned.
  - Exchange of Precious Stone and Precious String set in jewellery will be 70%.
  - Return of silver utensils and ornaments shall be as per the purity mentioned on the invoice after deducting stone, dust & meena, etc.
  - The actual purity of silver utensils and ornaments may differ by 3% from the purity mentioned in the bill. However, in case of buyback/exchange, the purity mentioned in the bill will be valid.
  - Artificial Jewellery and Gift items are not refundable or exchanged. There is no guarantee of polish on this item.
5. Returns for Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Bullion, Nose Pin, and Bichiya/Toe rings shall be processed in accordance with Section 8(4)-a/k&1.
6. Any discount, offer, gift etc, given will be deducted from the exchange value.
7. If jewellery/articles etc. are exchanged against bullion or coins then the refund will be made as per Section C (1).
8. The actual weight of gold and silver coin may slightly differ from the stated weight; however, in the case of buyback or exchange, the weight mentioned on the coin will be considered valid, provided the coin is not tampered or damaged.
9. Taxes, value addition and manufacturing charges paid by the customer are not refundable.
General Policy
1. Against payment:
  - There will be a refund of 90% on the exchange value of Diamonds/Polki and Zodiac Gems.
  - 98% refund on the exchange value of Gold, Silver and Platinum.
  - Jewellery purchased from other (Non Aisshpra) establishment can only be exchanged, no payment will be made.
  - Payment will be made by A/c Payee Cheque.
  - Diamond Jewellery purchased from other establishments is not eligible for exchange or cash refund.
  - Any discounts, offers, gifts, etc, provided shall be deducted from the payable amount.
2. Any dispute regarding the jewellery sold by customer should be settled on the same day.
3. Any amount deposited by the customer shall be non-transferable and may be used solely by that customer towards their purchase. Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the applicable Buyback/Refund Policy and made only in the name of that customer.
4. The company can send message to the mobile number and E-mail ID given by the customer.
5. Delivery of goods will be made only after the cheque amount is credited to the company's account. The company has the full right to make any changes in its scheme, terms and conditions.
6. No savings plans, rate locks, or other offers will apply to Value Deals and promo products. For detailed terms and conditions, please contact our sales representative.
7. The current terms, conditions, and Buyback/Exchange Policy will be applicable for any work.
8. All disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur Court.
